Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Shin Collective. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received it, with tags attached and original packaging. To start a return, contact us with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval and process refunds to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable; return shipping is deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error. Sale items and gift cards are final sale. Please inspect orders on arrival and contact us immediately about any defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
